Angels in Exile

Angels in Exile – Vancouver South African Film Festival

angels_in_exile2-680x360

Reel Causes is proud to partner with the Vancouver South African Film Festival to present Angels in Exile, a compelling doc that allows us to really see homeless youth for what they are — children. Director Billy Raftery shares a story 8 years in the making, focusing on two inspiring kids – Zulieka and Ariel – living on the mean streets of Durban. We witness their entire adolescence and watch their fight to survive both the dangers around them and the haunting memories of the past.

And please stay after the film for a panel discussion with filmmaker, Billy Raftery, who will be in attendance.
