Our community cause, Pflag, recently informed us of an event hosted by SFU that includes a panel of transphobic guests.
Because of this, Pflag requested a different venue for our upcoming event: My Dads, My Moms and Me.
As a social justice organization and community partner, Reel Causes is in full support of Pflag’s request, and we will no longer be hosting this event at SFU Woodward’s.
We are still going ahead with this event on November 30th at the Rio. Doors will open at 11:30am and the show starts at 12pm.
